Job Description

  • Design, analyze and manage a global compensation program.
  • Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
  • Assists in the leadership, development and implementation of global Organizational Development (OD)/ HR projects such as learning and development opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs
  • Executes various human resources plans, procedures; assists managers and employees with understanding Total Rewards & OD practices to improve organizational performance.
  • Builds and maintains collaborative partnerships with global team members for effectiveness and may lead specialized projects and/or services.
  • Maintains and updates all relevant OD/ Human Resource Information Systems and HR records for accuracy and generate required reports.
  • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets for continuous improvement.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through communications and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
