Ø First line of IT support in Najm IT through phone and email and service desk application for all Najm employees and stakeholders.
Ø Strictly follow the instructions provided under IT service desk document.
Ø Understand the issue from users and assign the ticket to backend support team.
Ø Ensure communication with users and fix the issues that related to IT .
Ø All assigned tickets must follow and ensure it gets address within SLA time.
Ø All auto assigned ticket must follow and ensure it gets address at its earliest.
Ø Responsible for deliver and manage the HHD devices.
Ø Responsible for remove user credentials and accessibility for retired employees.
Ø install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
Ø Provides advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents.
Ø Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems , CCTV , Attendance Machine , Door Access and peripherals with routine maintenance.
Ø Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
Ø Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation
